Dharmaputra Medical Law Journal (DMLJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal committed to advancing critical discourse in the interdisciplinary field of medical law. As Indonesia’s pioneering journal in this domain, DMLJ aims to provide a credible platform for academics, legal professionals, healthcare practitioners, and policymakers to publish high-quality legal analysis, case studies, and normative critiques that bridge healthcare and law.
The journal aspires to enhance understanding of the legal, ethical, and regulatory dimensions of medical practice, patient rights, and health governance, particularly in the context of Southeast Asia and global south countries.
